You have received an unfair punishment? You can dispute your case.
The support team will explain precisely what during the game has caused you to be punished.
If this was a mistake on the part of the moderation team, your punishment will be revoked right away.
Keep in mind that disputing your punishment has very little chance of revoking it. If no error was made by the team, you will receive a clear explication regarding why you were punished.
It can happen that the insult filter detects a word that doesn't deserve a punishment depending on the context it was used. In this case, you can dispute your punishment and the moderators will be able to revoke the applied warning or punishment.
